Keg-Meter

Tower Mounted to ease installation for kegerators. No drilling required for almost all tower type kegerators. Not only does the Keg-Meter measure the amount of beer poured and continuously displays the number of 12 oz. beers left in your pressurized keg (not for use with hand pumps), its new display shows it graphically. The Keg-Meter has a sensor that is installed onto your existing beer tube senses the flow of beer. (A one-time calibration is necessary to determine the flow rate for your keg system.) The new Keg-Meter has a lock-out function, an easier to read display, and new user interface system. When pouring a beer, the Keg-Meter displays the number of ounces being poured from your keg in real time so you always know that it is working. When first installed, the Keg-Meter requires a "calibration." This involves pouring and measuring 1 glass of beer. After that, the Keg-Meter will count down the number of beers left in your keg and every keg after that. You should never need to recalibrate unless you change beer type (light to dark) or CO2 pressure. But since calibration involves drinking beer and maybe 90 seconds of work, nobody seems to mind. You can set the Keg-Meter to either a 1/2 barrel (165 beers), a 1/4 barrel (82 beers), or a 1/6 barrel(53 beers). It is accurate to about 10 beers or less for a 1/2 barrel keg. This means you will never have to guess how much beer you have. This is the only affordable system of its type, and you will not find anything like it anywhere else. Note: Because many tower type keg fridges have temperature sensors already on them, the Keg-Meter temperature sensor is optional for Tower Mount Keg-Meters.
