Almost 3 years ago I bought a keg kit and put my first keg in it. Almost 2 years and 11 months ago it unexpectedly blew. Determined to never do that again, the quest to find a method to know how much beer was left in my keg was on. Discovering that there is not an affordable simple home product on the market to do such a thing, I decided to build one. Design criterea was simple, 1)battery powered, 2)resolution of 1 beer, 3)inexpensive. Its been a long time (and a lot of beer) but I think I've got it. With the help of a few friends (and their livers) who were willing to be test subjects, the Keg-Meter has arrived. Special thanks to Kevin and Jim. Enjoy.
